New CD Project underway
« on: November 26, 2011, 11:24:15 PM »
I've been working on a number of projects lately, and in the process of tracking for an upcoming CD - likely to take on the title of this first cut that I've completed.
The title of the first segment is called "Farley's Creek" - that's the name of the creek where I recorded the project's natural sound scapes of birds, babbling creek, and loon calls from the nearby lake where the creek flows to.
The project is going to consist of a "StreamScape" which will be an addition to my "NatureScape" Series of Music and Nature CD's.
My acoustic Folk guitar will play a main role in this project, and the first piece features only the guitar with no accompaniment other than the StreamScape of beautiful songbirds and the odd hoot or wail of a loon.  It's meant to be relaxing.  8)
Because it's a 'finished' piece, I'll refrain from posting it here and put it in the 'Listeners Forum' in the "New piece - Farley's Creek" topic.
Enjoy!  comments welcome!  :)
Happy Listening.
Old Eastern saying "Man who run in front of car, - get tired .... man who run behind car, get exhausted"
I like to ride IN cars, it's less tiring and less exhausting :)
